mashed potato with roasted garlic

nak resepi mashed potato tu..ala...takde yg special pun...mashed potato biasa...cuma letak roasted garlic je...


bahan2

kentang direbus hingga empuk
bawang putih dibakar..saya bakar dalam oven je
butter
garam dan black pepper secukup rasa


cara2

lenyek je semua bahan2 di atas...kadang2 saya letak fresh milk sikit...
dah sedia untuk di makan...senang je kan..


irfan suka makan mashed potato letak roasted garlic ni berbanding yg biasa...dia panggil cheese...first time saya buat dulu untuk sheperd pie...sekali irfan leh kutip mashed potato nye je...lepas2 tu kalau buat sheperd pie, mesti buat extra mashed potato untuk si irfan..

    my son dulu suka mkn mashed potato..skang ni susah betul nak kasi dia mkn..dah reti memilih..
