Nuffnang Friso Family Day Out

setelah sekian lama baru la sempat nak buat entry post event ni...

saya tak dapat join the first Nuffnang Friso Family Day Out in 2008...mr. irwan ade plan lain..so frustrated..then, when i know about the Nuffnang Friso Family Day Out for this year, i was so excited to join...i don't want to miss the chance again to get the invitation for the event...and guess what, i got the invitation for 2 adults and 2 kids..yeay...

remember this and this entry?


we can't wait to go to the Nuffnang Friso Family Day out..and off course irfan la yang paling excited ok...because he know that he will have so much fun there

Venue: Kidzsport 1 Utama
Date: 2 Januari 2010
Time: 10.00 am to 2.00 pm


kami antara family yang terawal tiba di kidzsport...before 10 a.m ok...mmg semangat sungguh nak join this event...registration counter pun belum bukak kami dah sampai...

at the registration counter i've being ask 3 questions
1. what is your email address?
2. what is your name?
3. what is you kids name

the names untuk ditulis pada sticker yang akan di lekat kat baju..so senang la nak berkenal-kenalan dgn blogger2 yang lain...


for kids, they get a big size t-shirt..hahaha...so big boleh jadi dress bila irfan pakai...i have to tie the t-shirt to make it fit for irfan...


after registration at the nuffnang friso counter, the kids dapat coloured stickers mengikut group umur di kaunter kidzsport pulak...irfan got orange stickers for the group age below 3..

while waiting other families register, irfan dah start running in the kidzsport to play...seronok sgt la dia kan...play the slide, the ball pool...kidzsport is definitely a place for kids to have fun....






after all have registered, the opening ceremony begin....and the kids pulak dah tak sabar2 nak main semula..only 3 letter word in the kids mind "F . U . N"...and of course there are only fun fun fun during the event...not only for kids, but also for parents...during this event, we can meet many bloggers...its great to meetmany new friends...not only meet new friends but also meet old friends...mr. irwan me his old friendm azizul at the family day out...so exciting

so many wonderfull blogger and their curious kids





after the opening ceremony, the kids with orange colour stickers including irfan went into the gym room..there are activities for them...irfan malu2 at first..but then he enjoy himself..





as for sayyidah...she slept throughout the event..nasib baik dia tak meragam...kalau tak susah jugak...



there also sand art..and irfan don't want miss the chance to show his creativity...

there are also a talk for parents during the Nuffnang Friso Family Day Out...the talk was given by Ruth Liew, an expert in parenting and early childhood care and it is about parenting and of course kids immunity system...

After the running, jumping and playing, of course the kids hungry..and it's time for lunch....there is a special dining section for kids with small and colorful table and chairs...and kids enjoy their food there, while the parents lunch is buffet syle...during the lunch, 2-3 nuffnang friso people round the place with hand sanitizer so that the parents and kids can sanitized their hand before eat

the yummy food for the kids..spaghetti, sosej, banana cake, fruit salad, bun and juice

it's time for magic show from magic man...irfan love magic show...he stop playing to see the magic show..the magic man really got the kids attention with his interesting and funny magic show..not only the kids, but the parents too..

and the the time all had been waiting for..kemuncak event..the price giving ceremony..who are the lucky ones to win the RM100 Toys r us voucher and who will win the grand price, a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland....

tadaa...mombloggersplanet won the grand price...she really deserved it...her entry really really great...Congratulations to all the winners...i didn't get any price..ahaksss..




after the price giving ceremony, the Nuffnang Friso Family Day Out finally over...ni la masa yang sgt susah..to get the kids out from the kidzsport...really hard..i know, my irfan still want to play dan sangat susah nak pujuk dia balik ok...he really2 have so much fun fun and fun during the family day...us parents too...


upon check out from the kidzsport, we were given a goodie bag from friso for each family...it contain many stuff...sebelum sempat sampai rumah lagi, irfan dah kerjakan semua barang2 dalam goodie bag tu..



yeah we really had fun during the Nuffnang Family Day Out...sampai irfan pun tak nak balik ok...at home, he alway ask "jom main ball banyak2 lagi"...


if someone ask me do i want to join this event again..my answer would off course. i can't wait to join this event again..my son too

Event tu pada hari sabtu lepas @ Kidzsport 1utama


of course yang paling excited adalah budak ini



budak ini pulak keje nye tido je..dah nak habis event baru la dia meragam...nasib baik...



event bermula dari 10 pagi hingga 2 petang...kami sampai agak awal...sebelum pukul 10 lagi...masa register, kids dapat t-shirt nuffnang friso..t-shirt tu alahai besarnye...boleh jadi gaun dah bila si irfan ni pakai...ahakss...


lepas register, berlari la si irfan kat dalam kidzsport tu...tak sabar nak main ball banyak2 katanye...ade aktiviti untuk budak2...aktiviti untuk mak bapak budak pun ade..ade talk untuk parents...sgt meriah ok...siap ade magic show lagi...irfan yang tgh seronok main pun boleh stop main nak tgk magic show...


irfan seronok betul la dapat main kat kidzsport tu...yang melayan nye tentula mr. irwan..saya pulak dukung si kecik ni...naik lenguh2 tangan...ahaksss....


lunch pun disediakan tau...siap ade kids meal lagi...tempat makan untuk budak2 asing dari tempat makan parents...


aktiviti penutup majlis tentula penyampaian hadiah...10 org dapat hadiah saguhati... dan hadiah utama nye percutian ke Disneyland Hong Kong...bestnye..dalam mimpi je la saya nak dapat grand price tu...hahahah...


cerita2 je la dulu ek...gambar2 kemudian la...gambar masih dalam kamera lagi...card reader pulak entah hilang ke mana...tak dapat la nak mengeluarkan gambar2 tu semua...gambar2 nye di entry2 berikutnye la ye...

Curious Kids Need To Be Tough Inside

As a mother of a growing up and full of curiosity son and a baby girl, it is important to me to help increase my children immune system.

Every child are curious and of course my son too. My son like to explore things in order to learn new things. Playing is one of the method in learning new things and it's ok to get dirty throughout the learning process. Yup, curious kids need to be tough inside

And soon enough my baby girl will join his brother in exploring things and to be curious as her big brother.

Kids are always exposed to bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites that can make them sick. Strong immune system can protect them from these pathogens and therefore prevent them from being ill..


Therefore my curious children need to be tough inside and it is my job to make sure my children though inside.


These are few ways that i practice to increase my children immune system:-

1. Breastmilk
Yup..breastmilk is the best for our baby...Breastmilk has all that is needed to developed and increase our childs immune system and to protect them against diseases...

2. Nutritious meal
As my son growing up, he need a very nutritious food to keep him healthy...as a housewife, i have plenty of time to cook nutritious meal for my son...my son is a very picky eater..therefore, i always try to cook different type of food for him to make sure he gets all the nutrition that he need. I also limit the sugar intake for my son because sugar can weaken immune system..

3. Fruits and vegetables
Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables...i always make sure fruits are always in the fridge...so that my son can eat them anytime...

4. Plain water
Drinking lots and lots of water is very important to keep my child active and fresh everyday

5. Milk
I give my son drink milk every day to boost his immune system

6. Love and attention
Lots of love and attention is very important to increase a child immune system..hugs, kisses, massages and other loving touches will make a child feel loved and secure. this will increase the child immune system...a happy child is a healthy child

7. Good hygiene practice
Good hygiene practice is very important..kids need to be educate about good hygiene practice from baby..As parents we need to show good example in good hygiene practice

8. Outdoor activities
My sons love to play outside, running, jumping and all that can make him sweat and this very good for him.


Go my children go...Go Explore and Learn..There is no boundaries in learning good things..
